B2B Supervisor
Sector:
Telecommunication
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise and coach the B2B sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the customer base and increase market share.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across different sectors.
Manage key accounts and maintain strong client relationships.
Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to design tailored solutions for business clients.
Create market segmentation, and CRM, and conduct regular market analysis and competitor benchmarking to adjust sales strategies.
Provide accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management.
Organize training sessions and continuous development programs for the sales team.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
Report directly to the Wholesale/B2B Manager.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the telecom or IT industry.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Strong understanding of Internet services (fiber, wireless, and 4G technologies).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Fluency in Kurdish and English (Arabic is a plus).
Strong knowledge of the local market in the Kurdistan Region.
Experience with CRM systems and digital sales tools.
Certification in sales management or telecom-related fields is an advantage.
Working Conditions:
Office based role (5 Days/Week and 8 Hours/Day).
