Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Selling products to project and helping them provide products, services, and goods that meet their needs and desires.
- Regularly follow up on all products and services offered by the company.
- Marketing of the company's products and convincing customers.
- Having a broad and comprehensive knowledge of the products.
- Listening to customers' complaints and dealing with them in order to achieve their satisfaction and provide them with appropriate solutions.
- Keeping the administration department informed of all sales movements and operations by preparing reports.
- Achieving high profit rates for the company by increasing sales.
- Presenting goods or services in a decent and appropriate manner, and encouraging consumers to accept them.
- Communicate permanently with the line manager and keep him informed of all developments and results of interviews with clients and their impressions.
- Quick-wit in dealing with the customer while responding to all his inquiries regarding the product or service.
- Supervising the delivery of materials to the project.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, civil engineering -related field or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Good skills in using Microsoft Office software.
- Accounting and financial skills.
- Good dialogue and negotiation skills.
- Good skills of answering the phone, receiving calls and customer inquiries and dealing with them.
- Problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions:
Office and Field based role : (6) Days per week & (8) hours per day (Starting from 9:00am till 5:00pm).
