Collect payments from B2B and Wholesale customers according to company policies and deadlines.
Reconcile daily collections, prepare cash deposit reports, and ensure timely deposits to the bank.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of transactions, customer accounts, and payment statuses.
Coordinate with the finance, sales, and CTS teams to resolve billing or payment issues.
Monitor overdue accounts and follow up proactively to ensure collections.
Assist in monthly account settlements, audits, and financial reporting activities.
Support the preparation of collection performance reports for management.
Ensure full compliance with financial and operational procedures and regulations.
Report directly to the Wholesale/ B2B Manager.

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in cash collection, finance, or accounting roles, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory position.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent knowledge of financial systems, cash handling procedures, and reconciliations.
High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in Kurdish, English and Arabic.
Experience in the telecom sector.
Proficiency in ERP systems (such as Oracle, SAP) and advanced Excel skills.

Office based role (5 Days/Week and 8 Hours/Day).
