Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure equipment has been inspected, assembled and tested in accordance with suppliers’ procedures and industry standards.
- Reduce mistakes, defects, and non-compliant products by reviewing lessons learned.
- Ensure contractor and sub-contractors work practices comply with applicable specifications.
- Compile written reports of all vendor and
sub-contractor activities.
- Implement. monitor, enforce, and improve risk-based integrity management systems.
- Evaluate Audit findings and implement/enforce appropriate corrective actions.
- Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry requirements.
- Assist in design and engineering where applicable.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or 10 years’ experience industry specific (Drilling and Completion). Proven record of strong execution and delivery in a similar role.
- NDT inspection, auditing, and testing experience.
- Knowledge of tools, manufacture process and industry specific methods.
- Computer skills including MS office and database.
- Strong knowledge of QAQC and management systems.
- Strong knowledge of API standards.
- Strong knowledge of surface wellhead systems, Drilling, WO, Completions & Intervention Operations & equipment.
- Ability to compile detailed technical reports.
- Informed Judgment: Uses good practice and sound judgement to deliver safe and competitive operations. Knows when to escalate issues or request additional technical input.
- Maintains a high standard of business integrity,
professional behaviour and confidentiality.
Working Conditions:
Equal Rotation Office and Field Base 30/30.
