Sales & Marketing Manager

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and build relationships with prospective clients, ensuring that all sales opportunities are acted upon.
Gather a clear view of new prospects, define reasons for engaging, and set key deliverables to allow compelling offers to be created.
To further develop relationships with existing business partners, identify and develop opportunities with new partners.
Meet revenue targets and key performance indicators, and project sales volume and margin for existing and new products.
Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans to ensure market share expansion for current products and market penetration for new products.
Identify and manage strategies for social media activities and events.
Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
Research all resources available to examine competitor offerings and ensure the best positioning in the Market.
Requirements:
At least 7 years experience handling sales & marketing in steel structure and aluminum products; holding a BSc. in Engineering or Business Discipline.
High leadership skills with strong commercial acumen and analytical capability, eager to drive the commercial operation and commercial of new prospects.
Good understanding of financial performance and underlying value drivers.
Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost estimating, management principles, and procedures.
Fluent Arabic, Kurdish and English speaker.
Based in Baghdad and able to perform regular & frequent travels to different provinces.
