Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through
various channels.
- Present and demonstrate products to clients, highlighting
features and benefits.
- Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and update the CRM
system regularly.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address
any concerns.
- Collect payments and handle necessary documentation.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Food, Business,
or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year in sales or customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal
skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to learn. Strong English communication
skills; additional languages a plus.
- Customer-centric mindset with strong planning, follow-up,
and collaboration skills.
- Fluent in the Kurdish language.
- Have a sales background, along with experience in food technology or a
related field.
Working Conditions:
Office-Based.
