Business Development Manager

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Build strong, long-term relationships with dealers and key users to support sustainable business growth.
Establish, lead, and guide a dedicated team of Bosch dealers, supporting their sub-dealers and involvement in key projects.
Identify and develop new business opportunities by onboarding new dealers, contractors, and other strategic partners.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Analyze market opportunities and potential threats, providing insights to support business decisions.
Manage the local training facility and oversee all training conducted there.
Allocate 80% of time to market engagement, including customer visits, user prospecting, and on-site interactions.
Organize and coordinate PT product and application trainings, as well as construction site and factory visits.
Plan and deliver on-site training sessions when required.
Develop and maintain the annual training calendar for the dealer sales support teams.
Create, update, and coordinate training materials and documentation in local languages.
Requirements:
Mechanical Engineering expertise.
Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and adaptable.
Excellent relationship-building abilities.
Strong sales, negotiation, customer focus, and risk-management skills
Knowledge of market conditions, regional dynamics, cultural sensitivity, and ethical conduct.
Arabic and English are a must, and Kurdish is a plus.
5+ years’ professional experience.
Working Conditions:
Office-based role.
